Privacy Notice

This page explains what happens to the details you type into the wholesale inquiry form on this site. It is short because the site does very little: there is one form, and there is no tracking of any kind.

Who is responsible

MISHURA is a small-batch children’s clothing studio founded by Yana Mishura, based in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. MISHURA decides what happens to the details you send and is responsible for them. This website is built and operated on MISHURA’s behalf by EmbalaLab, which keeps the site running and can access inquiries in order to do so.

What we collect, and only when you send the form

Nothing is collected from simply reading this site. If you complete the wholesale inquiry form, we receive:

• Your store name and country — required, so we know who is asking and from where.
• Your email address — required, because it is how we reply.
• Your website or Instagram — optional, and only used to understand your store.
• Technical details of the submission — the time, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page you came from. These exist to stop automated abuse of the form, not to profile you.
• The fact that you ticked the consent box, and which version of that wording you agreed to.

Why we may use it

We use your details to answer your inquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss a wholesale relationship with your store. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see below — and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing campaigns, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell, rent or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies, and how we count visits

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. It runs no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party tracking.

We do count visits, using a privacy-focused analytics tool that EmbalaLab runs on its own server rather than a service like Google Analytics. It records which pages were viewed, roughly which country the visit came from, and which site linked here — and one event when an inquiry is sent successfully, so we know how many buyers get in touch. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not follow you to other sites, and does not identify you.

Two third parties do see your IP address when the page loads, because the page fetches its typefaces from them: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). They receive the request your browser makes for a font file. We send them nothing about you, and we receive nothing back from them.

Who sees an inquiry

Your details are seen by MISHURA and by EmbalaLab, which builds and runs this website on MISHURA’s behalf. Beyond that we use ordinary service providers — website hosting, a messaging service for notifications, and our own internal business tools — which handle the details only on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their own marketing.

Where your details are held

Your details may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries outside the European Economic Area, which do not always offer the same level of data protection. Where that happens we take appropriate steps to keep them protected. If you would rather not send your details through the form, email us instead and we will work out what suits you.

How long we keep it

We do not delete inquiries on a fixed schedule. A buyer who writes to us one season may order the next, and a wholesale relationship is often slow to start, so a countdown would throw away exactly the contacts this form exists to create. What decides how long we hold an inquiry is whether it still serves the purpose you sent it for — talking to us about stocking MISHURA. When it no longer does, we remove it. If your store becomes a wholesale partner, the details are kept for as long as we are trading and for as long as the law then requires.

You never have to wait for any of that. Ask us to delete your details and we will, whenever you like and without needing a reason.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop or limit what we do with it, or object to it;
• withdraw your consent, which you may do at any time.

One email is enough for any of these, and you do not have to give a reason. We will act on it and confirm when it is done. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If what we do with inquiries changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. There is no other version of it.
